Do you accept back orders for out of stock products?
No, we currently do not have a back order system in place. If an item is out of stock, it will be displayed as unavailable on the website and vice versa if the product has become available you’ll be able to add it to the shopping cart. Although rare, there can be some overlap between ordering an item and it going out of stock. If this occurs and your order has been placed, we will do our best to contact you to let you know of this issue.
Can I place an order over the phone?
No. We currently do not accept orders over the phone. If you need assistance completing your order please email email@example.com.
What are the expiration dates on the products sold?
The products sold on kappanutrition.com have expiry dates of between 6 months to 2 years to give you a suitable amount of time to use them. Unfortunately, we are unable to individually select items with a longer expiry.
Are there restrictions on how many units I can purchase?
No, there is no restriction, how ever if it goes international, please advice customs in your country.
